Flights

Flights are not included in any of our Adventures. This gives you flexibility to shop around for cheap deals. People also join our trips from different parts of the UK and beyond so they can book a flight to suit them. We can give you suggestions about flights if you like. Some trips include transfers, others don't, so check on booking.

Please remember to send your flight details to us once you have booked.

Booking your Adventure

Farida Adventures can not accept credit card payment for balances. You can pay deposits or balances by bank transfer or cheque.

When you book a Farida Adventure, on receipt of your deposit, Sophie sends out a letter confirming your place. Please check the details on the letter which will include the dates and the itinerary - what is included and what type of accommodation. Each trip is slightly different. The letter will also include the date the balance should be paid by.

On receipt of your balance, before the trip takes place, we will be in touch to confirm any details. We ask that you send us your flight details - particularly useful if you have requested a transfer to the hotel! But useful in case there are any delays.

I advise you to have travel insurance before booking your flight/holiday so that if there are any problems later and you have to cancel for any reason, your costs will be covered by the insurance.
