If paying by cheque, please enclose a letter which includes your name, address, contact number and email address.
Please specify which trip you are booking on. For example: Cairo 14-20 August 2017.
We also need to know if you want a single or a shared room - and who you plan to share with.
2. By bank transfer.

To book your place we require a deposit of £100.00.
The deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind within 28 days.
If you choose to cancel after this and up to 8 weeks before your holiday your deposit will not be refunded. Any balance already paid will be refunded.
If you cancel within the last 4 weeks of the travel date, 50% of your full trip fee will be refunded.
If you cancel within 7 days of the travel date you will not receive a refund.
The balance is due in full 8 weeks prior to the travel date.
On receipt of deposit I send you my flight details so if you want to book on the same flight, we will arrive in Cairo together. You are also at liberty to shop around and get a cheaper option.
